  4. Respect yourself and treat others as you would like to be treated.
  5. Honor your customers and vendors.
  6. You shall surpass your competition with good value and service.
  7. You shall be timely with delivery of goods and services.
  8. You shall not speak unkindly about fellow ORBA members and their business.
  9. You shall not give false testimony about your products and services.
  10. You shall retain a good sense of humor in all times of stress and chaos.

About Oak Ridge Business Association

Founded in 1998, Oak Ridge Business Association, a unique group of business representatives and business owners, established an organization to help “grow” their business through personal contact and business referrals.

Each member represents a “one-of-a-kind” type business in the Oak Ridge area. The members are a group of dedicated leaders who believe in the community and meet on a weekly basis to increase business by exchanging referrals.

ORBA reflects how word-of-mouth is the most cost effective form of advertising. ORBA provides a structured environment weekly for the development and exchange of quality business referrals for all professionals.
